Shoosmiths advised private equity investor LDC on its acquisition and strategic investment into ARC Building Solutions. The transaction sees LDC invest in ARC Building Solutions, a market-leading manufacturer of passive fire protection and thermal solutions headquartered in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
