Squair Advises GOUD Santé on €1.3 Million Fundraising and LNA Santé Investment

Squair advised GOUD Santé and its founder Vincent Roux in connection with the company’s new fundraising, which saw the entry of LNA Santé into GOUD Santé’s capital alongside other private investors. The transaction consists of a €1.3 million capital raise from leading private investors, notably LNA Santé — a listed family-owned company with a mission and a specialist in supporting vulnerable people — together with investors including Christian Lainé (Rivadis Group) and Paul‑Henri Dubreuil. Historical shareholders also renewed their commitment to the company. This operation follows GOUD Santé’s earlier €1 million round in July 2024 with business angels from the western region of France. The financing marks a key step in the development of GOUD Santé, a Nantes-based pioneer in preventive health services for executives. The company’s offering, inspired by support models for high-level athletes, targets entrepreneurs, executives and managers with a hybrid approach that combines continuous preventive medical expertise, proactive global health coaching delivered by a dedicated team, and an ultra-responsive concierge service in case of issues. The entry of LNA Santé into GOUD Santé’s capital reflects a convergence of vision to support innovative models that, beyond medical care, address the exceptional pressure and mental load borne by managers and company leaders.
