Bird & Bird advises Entegra on acquisition of Cadhi and Clorofil

Bird & Bird advised Entegra Procurement Services, a subsidiary of Sodexo, while Alkyne Avocats represented the seller, Majorian, in the transaction. Entegra Procurement Services has acquired Cadhi, a reference purchasing group for commercial catering and independent hotels operating in France and Italy, together with Clorofil, Cadhi’s carbon-footprint measurement tool. Cadhi supports more than 3,700 establishments, including over 170 starred restaurants and more than 150 five‑star hotels and palaces. The acquisition positions Entegra as a leading French provider of procurement and performance-optimization services for hospitality professionals and consolidates its presence in both France and Italy. The deal also enriches Entegra’s service offering with Clorofil, an innovative tool for measuring carbon footprint, underlining Entegra’s commitment to helping its members improve environmental impact efficiency.
