Bocater Advises Valia on Sale of 50% Stake in Continental Towers, São Paulo

"Bocater Advogados advised Valia, the pension fund sponsored by Vale, on the sale of its 50% stake in the Continental Towers corporate building at Cidade Jardim Corporate Center in São Paulo. Buyers were advised by Dalo e Tognotti Advogados. The deal reduced Valia’s real estate portfolio by BRL 260 million."

Bocater Advogados advised Valia, the pension fund whose main sponsor is Vale, while Dalo e Tognotti Advogados advised the buyers. The transaction involved Valia’s sale of its 50% stake in the Continental Towers corporate building, which forms part of the Cidade Jardim Corporate Center complex in São Paulo. As a result of the divestment, Valia recorded a BRL 260 million reduction in its real estate portfolio. Bocater Advogados represented Valia with a team composed by: partners Isabel Bocater, João Laudo de Camargo and Matheus Corredato Rossi, and associate Luiz Matheus Pompeu. Dalo e Tognotti Advogados represented the buyers.
