NKF Advises Empira Group on First Swiss Residential Development in Zug

"NKF advised Zug-based Empira Group on the acquisition and financing of its first residential development in Switzerland. The project on the Crypto Areal in Steinhausen, Canton of Zug, will deliver about 230 residential units with commercial space and a kindergarten, targeted for completion by 2029."

NKF advised Zug-based Empira Group, an investment platform for institutional investors focused on real estate, debt and infrastructure in the private sector, on the acquisition and financing of its first residential development project in Switzerland. The transaction covers the acquisition of the “Crypto Areal” site in Steinhausen, Canton of Zug, and the arrangement of financing for the development. Empira Group plans to develop approximately 230 residential units, supplemented by commercial space and a kindergarten. Construction is planned to be completed by 2029.
