Joyson Electronics is a global automotive technology group supplying components ranging from automotive safety solutions to automotive electronics, including smart solutions, e-mobility solutions, cockpit components, and charging and power distribution systems for electric vehicles. The transaction marked Joyson Electronics' entry into the Hong Kong capital market, with total proceeds amounting to approximately US$439 million. As local counsel, RSN Advogados oversaw the legal and regulatory review of the group's Portuguese subsidiary.
