CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo advised Atland Voisin, and Andersen advised MDSR Investments, in the acquisition of the Puerta del AVE Retail Park. The Puerta del AVE Retail Park, located in Ciudad Real in the Castilla‑La Mancha region, has been acquired by Atland Voisin, a French asset manager specialising in real estate, from the MDSR Investments fund, which invests in shopping centres and retail parks. The retail complex comprises a gross leasable area (GLA) of 8,081 m² on the ground floor, distributed across 10 retail units, all of which are already leased, and it includes 300 parking spaces.
