The transaction concerns the acquisition of the entire share capital of Gemm, an Italian company active in the trade of refrigerated equipment for professional catering. Russo De Rosa Associati assisted the purchaser on the legal, corporate, tax, valuation, financial and structuring aspects of the operation with a multidisciplinary team. One selling shareholder was assisted on the legal, corporate, tax and valuation aspects by Studio Legale FP&C. The other selling shareholder was advised on the legal, corporate, tax and valuation aspects by the accounting firm Gollin Vidale & Associati.
