The transaction involves LimoLane's acquisition of Driven Worldwide, an international player in VIP mobility services serving corporate clients, investors and global banks. The strategic deal brings together two complementary businesses to create one of the most complete and technologically advanced corporate mobility networks worldwide. The integration with Driven Worldwide will enable LimoLane to offer its business clients a more comprehensive, innovative and bespoke premium service and to strengthen the group's international presence. For LimoLane, this acquisition represents a key step in the buy & build growth strategy initiated in 2024 with the acquisitions of First Travel, Service Vill and Asia Car Service, also assisted by Gianni & Origoni.
