NautaDutilh assists Benefit Street Partners with financing for leading global trading firm Flow Traders

"NautaDutilh and Debevoise & Plimpton advised Benefit Street Partners on a USD 275 million financing package to Flow Traders Ltd., comprising a USD 200 million private credit facility and a USD 75 million revolving credit facility provided jointly with Stone Point Credit to support Flow Traders’ trading capital and strategic growth."

NautaDutilh and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP advised Benefit Street Partners (BSP) in connection with a financing package provided to Flow Traders Ltd.; Stone Point Credit participated alongside BSP as a co-lender. The financing comprises a USD 200 million private credit facility and a USD 75 million revolving credit facility, for a total of USD 275 million. The proceeds will be used primarily to support Flow Traders’ trading capital requirements and strategic growth. Flow Traders Ltd. is a leading global trading firm providing liquidity across multiple asset classes and on major exchanges worldwide. NautaDutilh acted as Dutch counsel to BSP and worked closely with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, which served as lead counsel.
