Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Jinyoung Electro-Mechanics Co. Ltd. in connection with its purchase of the remaining stake in Jinyoung Sandhar Mechatronics Private Limited from Sandhar Technologies Limited. Jinyoung Electro-Mechanics acquired the remaining 50% interest in Jinyoung Sandhar Mechatronics (JSM) from Sandhar Technologies Limited. As a result of the transaction, JSM has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Jinyoung Electro-Mechanics. Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co represented Jinyoung Electro-Mechanics Co.
