Addleshaw Goddard advised Arada UK Holdings Limited on acquiring a significant stake in Keystone Silvertown Limited, the company behind the Thameside West regeneration scheme. The transaction concerns the 47‑acre Thameside West site on one of London’s largest undeveloped riverfronts, directly opposite the O2 Arena. With an estimated gross development value of £2.5 billion, the scheme is a pivotal milestone for the Royal Docks and is designed to transform the area into a vibrant new district. Thameside West is planned to deliver 5,000 new homes, including approximately 1,000 at London Affordable Rent and 700 shared ownership properties, together with new infrastructure and public amenities to revitalise the Royal Docks for future generations.
