TM & Partners advised the European Investment Bank in connection with a venture debt financing to Sidekick Health. The transaction comprises a venture debt facility of up to EUR 35 million provided to Sidekick Health. The financing is intended to accelerate research and development activities, expand Sidekick’s digital therapeutics portfolio, enhance artificial intelligence capabilities, and strengthen the company’s data and platform infrastructure.
