Guala Closures (India) Private Limited has acquired the business of manufacturing, trading and sale of metal crown seals and roll-on pilfer-proof closures of Oricon Enterprises Limited. The acquisition is a strategic step in the development of the Guala group’s global crowns division and has strengthened the group’s industrial and commercial presence in India.
