The new funding is intended to accelerate Leil Storage's go-to-market efforts, expand the company's product roadmap and grow its commercial team. Karma Ventures is a venture capital fund specialising in late-stage seed and A round investments in promising technology start-ups. Leil Storage is a data storage infrastructure software company developing solutions that enable high-density shingled magnetic recording (SMR) hard drives to be used at enterprise scale. COBALT represented Karma Ventures with a team composed by: Partner Kristel Raidla-Talur, Managing Associate Grete Kuru, Senior Associate Marten Amjärv and Junior Associate Paul Schifrin. The firm advised throughout the entire transaction, including legal due diligence, negotiation of transaction documents, and signing and closing of the deal.
