The joint venture is intended to expand the companies' production of zero- and low-emission vehicles in Brazil, strengthening their presence in a key Latin American market. Latham & Watkins represented Geely Group with a team composed by: Frank Sun (Hong Kong partner), Carlos Ardila (Washington, D.C. partner), Daying Zhang (Hong Kong partner), Rita Hong (Hong Kong associate) and Catalina Ucros Tellez (London associate).
