Weil advised PSG and its portfolio company Portico in connection with Portico’s acquisition of Trajecsys. The transaction involves Portico, a student-centric technology platform built for career education institutions that provides tools for managing the entire student lifecycle, acquiring Trajecsys, an online clinical management and tracking system for students in health-related programs. The integration will bring Trajecsys’s clinical management capabilities into Portico’s platform, strengthening the connected experience for students and the staff who support them.
