McDermott Will & Schulte advised Ardian in the sale of its stake in Eloquant to Harris. The transaction involved Ardian divesting its participation in Eloquant, a major French provider of SaaS solutions dedicated to customer experience management, including contact centre as a service (CCaaS), Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Voice of the Employee (VoE). Harris, a global supplier of vertical market software and an active acquirer of companies, has acquired Ardian's stake in Eloquant. McDermott Will & Schulte represented Ardian with a team composed by: Diana Hund (associate), Marie-Muriel Barthelet (associate), Jordan Ohayon (collaborator) and Charlotte Allègre (legal counsel).
