Arsene advised Catella Aquila Investment Management in connection with the acquisition by the Axipit Global Value fund of a mixed-use building on Boulevard Saint‑Germain, Paris 7th, carried out for a joint venture between the Axipit Global Value fund and a club deal of private investors. The operation concerns a mixed-use property located in the Faubourg Saint‑Germain area on Boulevard Saint‑Germain (Paris 7th), acquired for approximately €35 million. The asset extends to around 2,000 m² and comprises residential units and commercial premises. Catella Aquila Investment Management has been entrusted with the asset revaluation strategy and will support the buyer in overseeing a substantial refurbishment programme aimed at revealing the building's architectural potential and transforming it into an exceptional residential address. The transaction underlines Axipit Real Estate Partners' intent to establish a lasting presence in high‑potential, ultra‑prime value‑creation operations.
