Schoenherr and Eversheds Sutherland Advise on Enery's Acquisition of 32-Asset Solar PV Portfolio in Slovakia

"Schoenherr advised Enery and Eversheds Sutherland advised ContourGlobal on Enery’s acquisition of a 32-asset operational solar PV portfolio in Slovakia (34.6 MW) from ContourGlobal and Energy Infrastructure Partners. Kinstellar reportedly also advised. The assets increase Enery’s CEE PV capacity to 561 MW and produce ~651 GWh/year."

Schoenherr advised Enery on the acquisition, while Eversheds Sutherland advised ContourGlobal; Kinstellar reportedly also advised on the matter. Enery acquired a 32-asset operational photovoltaic portfolio in Slovakia from ContourGlobal and Energy Infrastructure Partners. The portfolio has a combined capacity of 34.6 megawatts. The assets are distributed nationwide and support Slovakia’s energy transition objectives. Following the acquisition, Enery’s operational PV capacity rises to 561 megawatts across Central and Eastern Europe. The portfolio generates approximately 651 gigawatt-hours of clean electricity annually. ContourGlobal develops, acquires, and operates power generation and storage assets.
