The transaction involved a financing round for Forestall that included participation by Gelecek Etki Fonu alongside investors Yapi Kredi Frwrd VC, Unlu Ar-Ge VC and Maxis Ventures. The round supports Forestall’s continued development and deployment of cybersecurity solutions. Forestall is a Turkish cybersecurity company specializing in active directory threat protection. Gelecek Etki Fonu is a Capital Markets Board–regulated venture capital fund jointly managed by Tacirler Asset Management and Vestel Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Vestel, part of Zorlu Holding.
