Pohla & Hallmagi advised Mobire Group shareholders Digio, Innovative Logistics, Vanasarvik and Taip, while Ellex advised Inbank Holdings. The transaction involves the sale by those shareholders of their remaining shares in Mobire Group to Inbank Holdings. The deal is subject to regulatory approval. Pohla & Hallmagi had previously advised on a 2023 sale of shares in Mobire Group to Inbank.
