CK Legal Advises PragmaGO on PLN 30 Million Series E1 Bond Allocation

CK Legal Chabasiewicz Kowalska advised PragmaGO, a Poland-based non-bank financial institution, on the allocation of its series E1 bonds. The transaction involved an increase in the offer size for the series E1 bonds from PLN 25 million to PLN 30 million. According to CK Legal, the proportional subscription reduction reached 57.79%. The issuance is the first carried out under PragmaGO's sixth Public Bond Issuance Program, which authorises aggregate bond issuances of up to PLN 500 million.
