Ellex advised SBA Urban on its EUR 8 million three-year bond issuance and its listing on the Nasdaq Baltic First North market. The publicly offered bonds, with an aggregate principal amount of EUR 8 million, attracted strong investor interest across the Baltic region and were listed on the Nasdaq Baltic First North market. Proceeds from the issue will be used to fund further development of Urban HUB projects in Vilnius and Kaunas, modern mixed-use business campuses designed around sustainability, innovation and community functionality.
