The transaction involved the creation of a CZK 20 billion domestic bond program and the successful placement of the first series of bonds under that program. The inaugural issuance comprised fixed-rate bonds with a total nominal value of CZK 1.25 billion, secured by a financial guarantee provided by Dr Max Group Holdings PLC, a structure that the advisers say underlines investor confidence in the group’s financial strength.
