The transaction involved the creation of Airport Fuel Terminal as a subsidiary of Tallinn Airport in partnership with the Estonian Stockpiling Agency. According to Pohla & Hallmagi, the new company’s principal activity will be the storage of liquids and gases at Tallinn Airport.
