The transaction involved the sale of a property within the former Combinatul de Utilaj Greu industrial estate in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. According to Kinstellar, the asset comprises approximately 23 hectares of industrial land held through a special purpose vehicle of the Max Aicher Group and has been acquired by local developer Hexagon Group. Hexagon Group plans to redevelop the site into a modern mixed-use project.
