The transaction involves the acquisition of Matschnigg & Seipt Versicherungsmakler, an insurance brokerage, by Assepro Austria, which is also an insurance broker. The sale transfers ownership of the insurance brokerage business from Walter Matschnigg and Benedikt Seipt to Assepro Austria.
