The transaction was structured as an asset purchase executed in two stages and is intended to expand CNC Holding's footprint and production capacity in Poland. CNC Holding, backed by Sun European Partners, is among Europe's largest suppliers of substrates for mushroom cultivation, operating in both the Netherlands and Poland. Sun European Partners is a private investment adviser with a buy-and-build focus.
