Rymarz Zdort Maruta represented Dadelo in connection with the establishment of a PLN 100 million bond issue programme and the company’s initial PLN 50 million unsecured three‑year bond issuance. Under the programme, Dadelo completed a first tranche of PLN 50 million in unsecured notes maturing in three years. Trigon Dom Maklerski acted as sole arranger and bookrunner for the transaction. The proceeds will support the implementation of Dadelo’s strategy, principally the expansion of brick‑and‑mortar CentrumRowerowe.pl stores and further strengthening of its omnichannel model that integrates Poland’s largest bicycle shops with a leading e‑commerce platform.
