Zavagna Gralha and MBZ Advise Quartz Investimentos on Investment in Dellamed

Zavagna Gralha Advogados advised Quartz Investimentos, and MBZ Advogados advised Dellamed and Píer Partners in connection with Quartz Investimentos’ entry into Dellamed’s shareholder base. The transaction marks Quartz Investimentos’ first investment in the healthcare sector. Quartz agreed to acquire a stake of between 20% and 35% in Dellamed, the national leader in wheelchairs and mobility solutions. Píer Partners, the M&A advisory firm that brought the investors together, will also join Dellamed’s shareholder structure. The transaction is subject to review by Brazil’s competition authority, CADE.
