The transaction involved the sale of a majority stake in Garen Automação to a wholly owned subsidiary of FAAC Technologies. The investment brings one of Brazil’s leading companies in the access automation sector into a global group, supporting FAAC Technologies’ expansion in Latin America and consolidating its position as a worldwide leader in access automation solutions.
