Studio Rock Advises Passera Family on Opening of Vista Pisa, Pisa’s First 5-Star Luxury Hotel

"Studio Rock advised the brand Vista and Gruupo LarioHotels (the Passera family) on the opening of Vista Pisa, the city’s first 5-star luxury hotel. LarioHotels took a stake in Sagabri, which will renovate the Palazzo dei Trovatelli; Sagabri is majority-owned by Savimag (Madonna family). Opening is planned for 2029."

Studio Rock advised the brand Vista and Gruppo LarioHotels, the hotel company of the Passera family, in the transaction to open Vista Pisa. The operation involves LarioHotels entering the share capital of Sagabri, the company that will oversee the restructuring of the property. Sagabri is in turn majority-owned by Savimag, the holding company of the Madonna family, a prominent Tuscan business group. The new hotel, to be managed directly by Gruppo LarioHotels, will be the first 5-star luxury hotel in Pisa. The property will be located adjacent to Piazza dei Miracoli, within the Palazzo dei Trovatelli and directly overlooking the Leaning Tower. The opening is planned for 2029. Studio Rock handled all fiscal and corporate aspects of the transaction.
