Chiomenti Advises FITP in Agreement with Sport e Salute on Management of Internazionali d'Italia

Chiomenti advised the Federazione Italiana Tennis e Padel (FITP), while Sport e Salute was represented by its in‑house legal office, in connection with an agreement on the management of the Internazionali BNL d'Italia. The Federazione Italiana Tennis e Padel and Sport e Salute, the company responsible for the development of sport in Italy and the management of the Parco del Foro Italico, have reached an understanding on the organisation and management of the Internazionali BNL d'Italia, thereby confirming an operational partnership that has been in place for more than twenty years. After several months of negotiations, the parties finalised a four‑year agreement covering the 2026–2029 editions of the event. Chiomenti represented the Federazione Italiana Tennis e Padel (FITP) with a team composed by: Partner Massimo Proto. Sport e Salute's in‑house legal department represented Sport e Salute with a team composed by: Valeria Panzironi, Director of Strategies, Development Projects and Shared Services.
