Baker McKenzie advised CARBOGEN AMCIS AG (Carbogen Amcis) on its successful refinancing and enhancement of its credit facilities. The transaction comprised a refinancing and enhancement of Carbogen Amcis’s credit facilities through a banking syndicate led by UBS Switzerland AG, with the participation of several leading Swiss financial institutions. Baker McKenzie advised Carbogen Amcis on all legal aspects of the financing.
