Addleshaw Goddard represented INVESTIKA Real Estate Fund, the largest Czech and Slovak non-bank open-ended mutual real estate fund, acting with joint venture partner BUD Holdings SA, in the acquisition of the second phase of the Centrum Południe office building in Wrocław from Skanska Commercial Development Europe. The transaction concerns a 21,500 sqm office asset located in Wrocław’s prominent Powstańców Śląskich business district. The property is virtually fully leased, with the majority of the space occupied by BNY Mellon. Centrum Południe was developed as an environmentally friendly project and features a high sustainability profile, evidenced by certifications including LEED Platinum (noted as having the second-highest score in Europe), WELL Gold and the Object Without Barriers designation.
