Linklaters advises Paragon on debut €450m high-yield notes and €135m revolving credit facility

Linklaters advised PCC Global Plc (Paragon) on its debut high-yield bond offering and the establishment of a new revolving credit facility. The transaction comprised the issuance of €450 million of senior secured notes due 2030 and a €135 million revolving credit facility. The proceeds of the offering will be used mainly to repay outstanding group indebtedness.
