Ahlsell expands in the workwear sector with acquisition of SJEB

Bech-Bruun represented Ahlsell Group in its acquisition of SJEB A/S. The transaction sees Ahlsell Group, together with its majority owner CVC Capital Partners, acquire SJEB A/S. Ahlsell is a Nordic distributor of installation products, tools and supplies for professional users, including workwear. The company combines a broad, quality-assured assortment with expert advice, digital solutions and reliable logistics, serving sectors from HVAC and plumbing to electrical and industrial maintenance and supporting contractors and public-sector customers in working more intelligently, safely and sustainably. SJEB is a Danish provider of workwear and safety footwear that serves professional customers through nine branches across Denmark and via its webshop. With more than 25 years of experience, SJEB delivers solutions for a wide range of industries and companies of all sizes. Ahlsell has identified significant opportunities in this acquisition to strengthen its position in the workwear industry.
