Krogerus Advises Cofinimmo on Acquisition of Three Development Projects in Finland

"Krogerus advised Cofinimmo (Euronext Brussels: COFB) on the acquisition of three Finnish development projects, including the purchase of 100% of the shares in the company owning a sustainable nursing and care home under construction in Oulu (approx. 7% gross rental yield) and a conditional private agreement to acquire companies developing two additional disabled care assets, part of a larger exclusive pipeline."

Krogerus advised Cofinimmo (Euronext Brussels: COFB) on the acquisition of three development projects in Finland. The transaction involves the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the company that owns a highly sustainable nursing and care home currently under construction in Oulu, which offers a gross rental yield of approximately 7%. In addition, the deal includes a private agreement to acquire, subject to certain conditions, the companies that will develop two further disabled care assets in Finland. These three assets form part of a broader pipeline portfolio of several construction projects in Finland that have been secured under exclusivity for Cofinimmo.
