TM & Partners represented Prisma Properties AB (publ) in connection with its issuance of senior unsecured green bonds. The transaction comprised the issue of senior unsecured green bonds in a total initial amount of SEK 500 million under a SEK 750 million framework. Nordea Bank ABP and SB1 Markets, Filial i Sverige acted as arrangers and joint bookrunners for the bond issue. Prisma Properties is a developer and long-term owner of modern properties serving the discount retail, grocery retail and quick-service restaurant (QSR) sectors.
