The transaction concerns the launch of SkyRise Leasing, a leasing platform that will provide agile and reliable leasing solutions intended to strengthen Europe’s response to the urgent challenge of aerial firefighting. The firm’s Corporate Services Group supported the transaction by providing director, accounting and corporate services to the new vehicle.
