Kirkland & Ellis advised Kodiak Gas Services, Inc. (NYSE: KGS) and Frontier TopCo Partnership, L.P., an affiliate of the funds known as EQT Infrastructure III and EQT Infrastructure IV. The transaction consisted of an underwritten offering by Frontier TopCo Partnership, L.P. of 10,000,000 shares of Kodiak Gas Services common stock. The offering resulted in total gross proceeds of $333.21 million.
