Latham & Watkins LLP represented Sable Offshore Corp. in a private placement of common stock to institutional investors. Sable Offshore Corp. (NYSE: SOC, Sable) entered into subscription agreements to issue 45,454,546 shares of its common stock in a private placement to institutional investors at a purchase price of US$5.50 per share. The company expects to receive gross proceeds of approximately US$250 million, before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses.
