ExxonMobil $112 Million SEC-Registered Offering of Floating-Rate Notes Due 2075

The transaction involved the issuance of long-dated floating-rate debt by ExxonMobil, a global energy company engaged in oil and gas exploration, refining and chemicals, and lower-emission initiatives."

Davis Polk advised Exxon Mobil Corporation (ExxonMobil) on the SEC-registered offering of $112 million principal amount of floating-rate notes due 2075. The offering comprised $112 million in floating-rate notes maturing in 2075. The issuance was registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and forms part of ExxonMobil’s long-term debt financing activities. ExxonMobil, based in Spring, Texas, operates divisions and affiliated companies that market products and operate in the United States and most other countries. Its principal businesses include exploration for and production of crude oil and natural gas; the manufacture, trade, transport and sale of crude oil, natural gas, petroleum products, petrochemicals and a variety of specialty products; and the pursuit of lower-emission business opportunities, including carbon capture and storage, hydrogen, lower-emission fuels and lithium.
