Evolve has built a reputation for serving complex technology and defence programmes and the sale transfers ownership of that business to FourCentric. The combination with FourCentric, a provider of procurement, supply chain and operational solutions, positions Evolve for continued growth by leveraging the wider group's expertise while maintaining the values and strengths that have defined the business.
