The transaction concerns the sale of Millington Travel, an award‑winning travel agency headquartered in Leicester, to Hays Travel Limited as part of Hays Travel’s continued expansion. Established more than 50 years ago, Millington Travel operates multiple branches across the Midlands and has built a strong reputation for personalised travel services. Under the terms of the acquisition the Millington Travel brand will continue to operate across the Midlands. Hays Travel, the UK’s largest independent travel agent, described the acquisition as a natural fit that strengthens its presence in the Midlands and supports its ongoing growth strategy. The deal represents Hays Travel’s fourth acquisition of the year.
