Chammas & Marcheteau advised the sellers — the management team and the historic investors — in connection with the entry of Dutch investor Main Capital Partners into the share capital of Shippingbo; Avolta acted as financial advisor to the sellers. The transaction involved the entry of Main Capital Partners into Shippingbo through a majority leveraged buyout (LBO). Founded in 2016, Shippingbo is a SaaS publisher that provides software to process and optimise logistics operations for e‑commerce professionals. With the arrival of Main Capital Partners and drawing on its expertise, Shippingbo aims to broaden its customer base across Europe and is exploring potential external growth opportunities in Europe and the United States.
