The company works in close collaboration with French, European and international research organisations, industrial partners, analytical laboratories, co-product suppliers and public entities, operating within an ecosystem approach. Recognised as a finalist for the Earthshot 2024 and Cartier Women’s Initiative 2024 awards and as a laureate of the EIC programme, GST has also been selected for FrenchTech Agri20, won the Kraft Heinz innovation challenge and received an award from Givaudan’s innovation working group, establishing itself as a key player in impact-focused agri‑tech. GST has completed a financing round that secured €5 million. The Seed Plus round counts among its investors Team for the Planet and the European Innovation Council (EIC), and is intended to accelerate the industrialisation of GST’s technology, strengthen its international rollout and structure its teams.
