A&O Shearman advised Echo Investment, while Legal Kraft advised Greenstone Asset Management in the transaction. The transaction comprised the sale of Brain Park C in Krakow for EUR 33 million. The fully leased office building provides 13,700 square metres of gross leasable area and holds an Excellent BREEAM rating. It forms part of an office complex designed by Baumschlager Eberle Architekci Krakow studio. The buyer, Greenstone Asset Management, is a boutique private equity and investment manager headquartered in Warsaw.
