Integrites represented Dunapack Packaging in a first-instance tax dispute against Ukraine’s State Tax Service. The case concerned a UAH 30 million tax assessment issued to Dunapack Packaging, a manufacturer of corrugated cardboard packaging. The dispute arose from the tax authority's refusal to recognize the company's expenses for intra-group services rendered by non-resident entities. In its decision the court of first instance ruled in favour of the taxpayer and annulled the assessment notice.
